Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy

Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to exercise, sleep or jogging because these exercises are good for your health. Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as fish, onion and apple. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat healthy foods.
For example, I like to go jogging and play tennis. The reason I like to go jogging is because it can make u stay healthy. I also like to play tennis because it can train my reaction speed. Finally, I often like to play basketball because it is fun.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat fish, noodles and apple at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat fish is because it taste good. I also eat noodles because it taste good. Additionally, I like to eat apple because it taste good.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much cookies, instant noodles or french fries because they are not healthy.
In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of fruits, exercise by go jogging and avoid eating too much junk food.
